Sony Ericsson is going to release the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play in Spain on April 1st. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play will be available for 649 Euros (around $907) off contract and unlocked. The phone will come with 6 games pre-installed. There should be 50 more games available through the Android Market at launch.
The white Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play will be available through Vodafone Spain in the first 15 days, but the other operators will get it afterwards, while the black model will be available from the start (1 April). Unfortunately, there’s no word on how much the Play will cost on a contract.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play features a 4-inch touchscreen with 854 x 480 resolution, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, 5.1 rear facing camera, VGA front facing camera and a microSD slot.
