
Kyocera and Sprint have officially announced that the dual-touchscreen phone that known as the Kyocera Echo will finally go on sale on April 17 for $199.99 with new 2-year service agreement. Starting on March 26, consumers can visit www.sprint.com/echo to “Reserve Now” and be among of the first to get their hands on Echo.
According to the press release, Kyocera Echo is a unique dual-screen and simul-tasking capabilities. It has two 3.5-inch WVGA displays for a full 4.7-inches of screen viewing (on the diagonal), 5 megapixel rear-facing camera with 720p video recording, Wi-Fi hotspot capability (up to 5 Wi-Fi-ready devices), Bluetooth 2.1 +ERD, 1GB on-board storage, microSD card slot (support for 32GB cards), and Android 2.2 plus Full HTML Web browser with Google Search.
